Please Help! Radio code problems! Vauxhall Vectra

Just bought an 04 plate vauxhall Vectra and had some work done to it, which involved disconnecting the battery. Hence my new thread!

I have the card with my radio code on it, but it doesnt work? I cant get the radio out to check serial numbers etc but have some details on my pack.

its the original seimens unit
radio type 0205 and the serial number is 43195213.

Im driving 300 miles tommorrow so any advice/ solutions will be greatly welcomed!
