Is there no number beginning M****** or V****** anywhere on the label?

If not then the code will only be available from the Main Ford Dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service

It is unlikely to be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet

hi all! after a flat battery, my focus radio needs an unlock code and the dealer forgot to supply it in the handbook.....

ive taken it out of the dash and have this info:

ford focus ghia

sony model: cdx-5f821r

serial #: cxb111830

Ford V Serial codes are not usually available for free from anywhere on the Internet (unless you can blag it for free from Ford) as they are not calculated using software but require access to the Ford factory database( via a Ford Dealer)...which is not commercially available as software.
