Hi, I decided to connect an aux lead into the back of block C today. After a couple hours i went to connect the stereo and much to my dismay the "enter keycode message has appeared" and the code is not in the audio book.

I have just replaced the car battery in my Ford Focus and the stereo (model 6000CD) is locked. I don't have the code as it was a 2nd hand purchase. S/N is M206484.

Hi, I decided to try and fix my left side speakers in my Ford Focus today. When I reconnected the Ford 6000CD, the set asked for the keycode. I inputted the keycode from my the car's manual. The set informed my that the keycode was INCORRECT. I retried another two times and then removed the set to check the serial number. To my surprise, the serial number is different from the serial number I have in my Ford manual. We have had the car for four years without problem.
