I take off the batery on my citroen xsara car to make some repairs , and when starting my radio needs a code .

Sorry...we cannot supply codes by VIN

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

First remove the radio from the dashboard.

Removal Info here

Fitaudio.com – The Worlds Largest Car Stereo Removal Database…

Then post the radio make+model plus all the letters+numbers on any labels,barcodes and a 14 character Serial Number stamped in the metal casing.

This information can then be used to see if a code can be calculated

Radio locked ....took it out and on a sticker near wires there is 9745 1189
stamped in side is .....PHACCFV 9037423
sticker on side shows 22RC465/35
9022 314 65359
M/ch 037767



and how do you put code in.....just type and leave or do you press a button to enter


at moment showing 5 ERROR.....

To reset ERROR leave SWITCHED ON...UNDISTURBED for as long as it takes to automatically reset itself..This can take an hour or longer

if No reference C7.......................

Sorry....your code will only be available from the Main Dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service

It is unlikely to be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet
