Code entry is only possible if the display is flashing. If the horizontal bars are static, then leave the unit switched on for up to three hours before code entry may again be possible. If "LOCK 10" appears on the display, then you have used up all of your code entry attempts, and the unit will have to be sent to decoder service to be reset.

Code Entry as Follows:

Switch Radio On - Display Shows
CODE with " - - - - " flashing

Press preset " 1 " repeatedly for 1st Digit
Press preset " 2 " repeatedly for 2nd Digit
Press preset " 3 " repeatedly for 3rd Digit
Press preset " 4 " repeatedly for 4th Digit
If the correct code number is now shown

Press preset " 5 " to Enter
