Renault cd player displays curve0

Hi,

After my battery died I had to input the radio code back in. I did but it now displays nothing else but curve0 and I can't do anything with the cd player. I can switch it off where it beeps for a while then goes back to inputting the code. It is driving me mad so any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Louise
