Radio Code needed for Philips

I have recently bought a Vauxhall and unfortunately the Radio is showing Safe Mode after a battery disconnect. Please please provide me the code,

I am putting down all the details that are showing behind the Radio panel.

GM 90 506 173

The radio SERIAL NUMBER will be required for calculating a code


Remove the radio from the dashboard.

Then post all the letters+numbers on any labels,barcodes or stamped in the metal casing.

This information can then be used to see if a code can be calculated

These are all the numbers showing behind the metal casing

the metal casing is writing gm0400x2402445 for exemple

Sorry to be a pain but,

Behind the metal casing,
At the top in the centre, the number is "1 614 438 PHILIPS"
And in the bottom the number to the left is "GM 90 506 173" and to the right is "PA6 - GF15"

There aren't any other numbers besides these.

I now found where the serial number was. I had to remove the radio and it was behind it.

The details are :
It's a PHILIPS
Model No: 09 136 106
TYPE: CAR 400
Serial Nos:
9022 213 99759 02
003 0119 307 1266

Additional details
