Are you quoting the correct Serial Number as found on the label on the actual radio?

Yes I did, is it possible if the IC code on the radio had an error and won't read the correct code?

Hello, thanks for answering, I just found the code card and it is indeed correct 9548, but after 3 tries of entering the correct code, the radio turns back to “WAIT” mode, I knew that it is the correct code but it doesn’t seem to recognize it, do you have any ideas why is it like that? Thank you
