Hi, my focus has done just over 45k and the power srteering pump failed. £500 later and I got my focus back but the stereo is locked and I don't have the manual. The serial code is M063879.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Hi - my radio has gone straight to locked after a flat battery. It's a ford cd 6000 in a 2007 s-max. Any suggestions? I can't get the battery out to reveal the serial number either! Any help much appreciated - thanks

The radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display your Serial Number
Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

It usually begins with M++++++ or V++++++
