2004 Ford Focus 6000CD radio code needed

Hi I managed to let the battery run flat on my ford focus and so now its asking for the radio code. The owners manual with the code in was lost by the previous owner annoyingly, so I was wondering if anyone could help, the serial number is M241943

Hi I have lost the radio code for me Ford Focus radio. Having pressed 6+1 it is giving me a serial no of SOCD1X8V001209 any idea what the code will be or am I giving you the wrong numbers?

Ford V Serial codes are not usually available for free from anywhere on the Internet (unless you can blag it for free from Ford) as access is required to the Ford factory database( via a Ford Dealer)...which is not commercially available as software.

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code...and any Serial Number/Code found in the car documents/Audio Guide are often incorrect....which might be the problem with your code.


Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this Serial Number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

Code is correct for this Serial.
Leave the radio on, and to automatically reset It may take up to an hour or more
