Everyone on here seems really helpful so I'm joining in.

Have bought my first car- Nissan Micra, 2003. And the radio isn't working its says 'code' when I turn it on then the display stays at 00:00.
Aparently before I bought it the battery was taken out.

A car stereo place wanted to charge me £75 to unlock it ... so I thought I'd ask on here first.
After some messing about I took the radio out to look at the info on the back:
This is what was there:

BLAUPUNKT-WERKW GMBH

NISSAN MM CD-K

7 642 346 318

Any help with a code would be v. much appreciated.
It's driving me mad not being able to use the radio!

Hi all, I just signed up on this great forum, buy a used Nissan Micra, 2009, changing the battery is blocking the radio-Cd, and did not give me the unlock code, please, I would like your help to consguir codes . I put the data from the radio-CD in this thread.
