Lost code for Clarion PU2294A radio

    the only CLARION code available for free (using a serial number ) from anywhere on the Internet is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with
    C 7000000 + + + + on a separate label somewhere on the metal casing.
    (Note ...not beginning with CL.)

    If not then it will only be available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Store who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM) inside your radio.

    hallo i have a pu 2294a and the number CL 0401Y0172207 and the eeprom numbers is UPD784216BGC-10218EU 9918E4006 i dont see the number barcode in my unit thank you very much

    only on some have the two barcodes and only the ones with the second barcode that starts with c7

    The only other S/N started with a "H------------" i think and that was on the side on the metal casing.
    I'm gonna have to pull the stereo out again now just to check it.

    Do they all have a C 7000000 + + + + number on them or do they use other letters too?
