if that in red is RO11 Try code 8976
if not please check that number

thanks for the number only problem i was entering the number and pressed button on steering column control and radio displayed error,and it wont reset,any ideas appreciated.

yes leave turned on untouched until it resets itself.
and please check that barcode with the letter and three digits on the end of it.
