What was the code only god knows, I've tried 15-20 program generated codes, including 7149 (this was also the license plate of my previous car )

Problem was solved very easily - I bought three IC Atmel24C16B and tried the 3 different versions i managed to grab from the net. Once i've flashed the IC's with these two files the radio works fine.

Gamma_IV.bin's code is 1620
0640 nokey.bin's code is 0640 (the file was given to me by a man from other forums i posted on)
