Please help if possible. Need to re-enter code and no longer have card. Model is HM-3764RH then there are two series of numbers with bar codes: 67062500376400 and then 00099461000304. Thanks.

Contacted Hyundai dealership and they asked for VIN as well as the other two numbers I have mentioned before, gave it to them KMHEM41BRXA018277. They responded a couple of days later with the code 7410 but it doesn't work. (I even tried the same 4 digits in various combinations without success) I am sure I am entering it correctly as I can see the numbers on the screen and I am following the radio manual. When I went back to the dealership they assured me it is right but obviously it isn't, then suggested it might not be supported any more as it is over 10 years old, but that would surprise me. Anyway, any ideas before I junk the radio and just get an after market unit fitted. I hate to throw it away as in the brief test mode it sounds ok to me. Maybe I'll try the national office again - they put me off to a dealership in the first place.Comment

Your only option is to take it into a Car Radio Decoding service who will wire it up to a laptop and read the code from the radio`s memory chip (EEPROM) using dump reading software.
Otherwise buy a replacement radioComment
