Hi. I got a used car Fiat Punto II series 2002, with a Blaupunkt radio in it. The radio card card is missing however. I wrote down all that is written on the radio stickers, not sure what these numbers mean. Can somebody help me with the missing code?

Hello again people. About a month ago you all kindly helped me unlock a cd changer. Although the code I was given worked to access the cd changer the cd mechanism was jammed and I couldn't listen to any cds. After a month of searching for a second hand unit I have just got one............same problem though. The scrapyard don't have a code. Please could anyone help me again.
