I'm moved my father radio to my car and i don't have the code

I find all these codes on it:


On the left side is (in the steel): PH501FR9171772


Sticker on top:
Type: 22DC 501/00


There're two serial numbers in the sticker on the top.
The upper one: 90222150100902
The lower one: 00194139171772




Could anyone please help me with the code?
