Need help with a Renault Megane please

Hi, I have a 52 Megane Fidji 1.6, had to jump it the other day and it's locked my radio. Bought it second hand so I've no idea what the code is. The radio is a 'tuner list'.

I've no idea where to find the serial number etc so if you can direct me I will find them and post them.
