@regworks Thank you for your reply. Yes I enter it correctly, JLR tried as well with no success. It goes into a Safe mode after three attempts.

We cannot supply this code to check whether it is correct.or not

It looks as though it will have to be taken into a Radio decoding service to be decoded/recoded

Thanks RegWorts, it's a good question. I've had a car from new and it came with the radio and the above code. I used the code before and it did work and just to make sure I did triple check and I also confirmed with JLR a couple of days ago. What other problem there might be?

Are you entering it correctly ?
Does the display show the correct info at the beginning?
