Hi thank you for the code but it is just my luck that it didn't work after waiting some 30 odd minutes for the 0000 to come back up I entered the code and pressed enter and it just made a beep and code reappeared, I was so hopeful that it would work and am not sure what to do now.

hi post the numbers/letters from below the main barcode
something like 7700xxxxxxtt123 or 8200xxxxtt123 or
the security code like Q123 or T0U123
