FORD 6000 CD Radio code

Hi, I have a 6000cd that needs its code.

It wasn't supplied by the Ford dealer when purchased and I've just had a new battery but the dealership closed down recently so can't go back to get it!

The Serial number is M743008

Hi i have a radio that i recently purchased for a ford fiesta xr4 as the old on broke but the car i bought it out of was written off and the owner couldn't find the security code for it any were the model number is 6CD-KW2000 and serial is V014663 could any one help me with a code by any chance ?

Ford V Serial codes are not available for free from anywhere in the Internet, as access is required at the Ford factory in the database (through a Dealer Ford)...which is not commercially available as software, try your Ford Dealer, or Radio Decoding Service

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

Ford V Serial codes are not usually available for free from anywhere on the Internet (unless you can blag it for free from Ford) as they are not calculated using software but require access to the Ford factory database( via a Ford Dealer)...which is not commercially available as software.

That number that i posted was the number i got when i pushed 1 & 6, so that clearly gave me the wrong number. But thanks for the tips! I'm gonna try to remove the radio from the dashboard tomorrow, and then i will post the correct SN here
