0755, which doesn't work.

you can try pressing 2 and 6 at the same time to see if it rolls across display and on some its 1 and 6 if not
your need to remove the radio to get the serial will look something like M123456

That's awesome thanks, now the only other problem I have is that I have a code in the owners manual that is apparently wrong (entered 3 times) and been timed out for 30 minutes short of disconnecting the battery is there anyway round that???

No you must leave it turned on untill it resets itself.

8150 is the correct code for Serial Number M011990

This usually means you are using the wrong code and Serial Number.


Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display the Serial Number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321

Hi,
I've a ford 6000 cd player in the fiesta just bought. However the radio says its locked and has the number 10 at the bottom of the screen. Please advise me how I can unlock this. The serial number is M034569 and was made in nov '06.
