Fiat panda blaupunkt radio code help needed

The CD player has turned out to be faulty so were putting the standard tape player back in
but this is now asking for a code. would it be possible for the code for this unit

04 Panda Radio Code

I have an 04 plate fiat panda which I have just bought and the radio cd player is asking for code.
It is the double din model.
The numbers on the side are Blaupunkt gmbh Fiat 169 CD BP631465510968 - 7 646 314 316.
Any help getting this code would be great as I have looked everywhere in the car and manuals for any 4 digit numbers.
