Have a look on radio's label to see if you have a barcode in the format C7000000xxxx, then code will be able to be provided using software,
otherwise recovery will be either through main dealer or radio decoding service.

Surely one of the Clarion's without the C7000... barcode. Radio Decoding Service or Main Dealer will be the only option.
