I have just bought an Expert, unit details the same as above, unfortunately when I turned the radio on it was asking for the code. I contacted the seller who says he can't find the code.

Serial no - PHAPKF19258882. Unfortunately the security code has a hole in it so only shows TOL--8

Hello the great and the good. Can anyone help a plumber who, after having to change the battery in his plumbing pursuit vehical (the cold weather got to it - and lots of pipes!!!!) has now no radio as it's locked out (not given the code when bought second hand) and I'm fed up of talking to myself whilst going from job to job. The 'offending' item is a Philips 22RC200/65 with the following numbers on the side:
