Serial Numbers is correct . May be need memory chip (EEPROM) because radio is made after 1999 year .

Yes you are right! Code size is 1111-6666! Not possible digit 7!!

There might also be a SECURITY NUMBER. This is found on a label on the metal casing in the format TOA123 or TA123 or just A123 at the end of a barcode

If in doubt post ALL the letters+numbers on any labels or barcodes
