hi post the numbers/letters from below the main barcode
something like 7700xxxxxxtt123 or 8200xxxxtt123 or
the security code like Q123 or T0U123
can be found in a small box then i can help you

you are the man for a quick reply i can tell you. i'll try it in the morning. i'm sure i speak for all when i say that i'm well happy that you can take the time out to help people like myself. if there is anything you need help with then i'm always glad to help......more of a ford man myself, this is the first renault i've ever had and i'm havin a lot of problems with it at the mo, but if i get to listen to my music again then i'll be over the moon. again many many thanks and i'll let you know how it goes tomorrow.
