Is there any 14 character Serial Number engraved in the metal case beginning PH************ ?

7445 has been checked and is the correct code for the Seial Number quoted; PHACBFT6004372

Check the Serial Number again.

If correct then try emailing

to see if they can help

I checked the serial number over and over, it is the correct one. With code 7445 i get the "error code" message on the display.
I'll try the email you mentioned.

Hi,

I also have a 22 DC 594/35 and would like to get it unlocked.
The serial number is PHACBFS9013679; I believe the "S" is an "S" and not a "5".
Other numbers I found are: PHB9013679 and 96 237 752 80 00.

Thanks for helping out; I unfortunately have no other options, as my dealer couldn't help me.
