Then quote the 14 character SERIAL NUMBER beginning with
PH* * * * * * * * * * * * found stamped in the metal casing.

Also quote the SECURITY NUMBER. This is found on a label on the metal casing in the format TOA123 or TA123 or just A123 at the end of a barcode

If in doubt post ALL the letters+numbers on any labels or barcodes

hi there, i have a 2006 citroen dispatch with a stereo that needs the code to make it work. The model number is pu-2294a(c) and the serial number is cl040161039042c. If anyone could help me out with the code i'd be most grateful.

we can only help , when there is a second barcode like C7000000xxxx on the label.
If not then it will only be available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service;

The 5 might actually be a S, so try PHACBFS9018138, its a Philips radio.
