Philips BMW Business RDS 22DC785/24E Code Please

Hi I require the code for my stereo, as car battery went flat through 6 weeks of non use. Someone told me that it would be possible to get a code off the serial number, so here goes.

KW15/98 INDEX 00

barcode 1 says 9022 217 85242 00

barcode 2 says 003 9815 1381963

WA009815

On another sticker the following information is

DAT 24.04.1998/08:15:28
LFD.NR. S3 :0111
CB72 323I 4T RL M52

If anyone can please help, its very much appreciated.
