Renault Megane Scenic radio code HELP PLEASE!

Hello,

I've got a mechanical problem in my car and the battery was disconnected for reparation, and now when I switch on the radio it shows 0000, which I beleive is the code that I have to put and that I don't have (It's a second hand car that I've bought in 2009).

please find below the info I've found in the car radio that I hope would be helpful to recover the code:
