renault megane II cab radio code

Need help !!
I have borrowed a friends car, and have noticed his reverse light were inop, so i have pulled all the fuses to check them ,and now the radio requires the codes . Here are all the numbers i could find on back of set RNRDBE60108405

Any help would be greatfully appreciated

p.s reverse light still don't work any ideas , car is 56 plate diesel cab !!!! thanks
