Make sure you are quoting the correct Serial Number as any numbers found in car documents , audio guides etc. are often incorrect.


Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number


Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

Ok so I replaced the battery from my ford focus with a new one and not realizing that the default CD Player had a key code and is now asking for a code. The code is not written down in the owners manual which is a shame so I come to you good people

I have managed to pull out the CD player and write the model and serial number down.

MODEL: 6000NE
S/N: M486758

Any help would be greatly appreciated =D
