Leave the radio SWITCHED ON ...UNDISTURBED for as long as it takes to automatically reset This can take as long as an hour or even longer

Is the Serial Number M023757 the one on the radio label ...or have you found it in the car documents?

the serial number was off the stereo, i left it for 2 hours and it still wouldnt work ended up unpluging it and starting again and 9314 worked 1st time thanks for all the help.

Ford V Serial codes are not available for free from anywhere on the Internet (unless you can blag it for free from Ford) as access is required to the Ford factory database( via a Ford Dealer)...which is not commercially available as software.

The radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing
