Hi everyone,

I just bought a SH focus from a middleman. Today I`v tried to dismount the unit in order to add a stereo jack on the AUX Input. The problem is that after coupling the battery back the radio wants a code, which, of course a did not received. So please, can anyone help me?

Mk3 Mondeo, head unit code

Can somebody/anybody please help me...

My battery died on my mk3 mondeo the other day, after the old jump start the sony head unit is now asking for unlock code.
The serial number for the head unit is as follows:

CXB153986

If a code could be generated for this it would be very much appreciated.

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

First remove the radio from the dashboard.

Then post the radio make+model plus all the letters+numbers on any labels,barcodes and a 14 character Serial Number stamped in the metal casing.

This information can then be used to see if a code can be calculated

When pressing 6+1 the unit displayed a few boot numbers, 6+2 didn't do anything

I do not recognise the Serial Number as I would expect it to start with either M or V.
