Renault Modus Radio is locked

Hello,

I recently had to disconnect some fuses in my Renault Modus to debug a boot lock problem and inadvertantly disconnected the radio which is now asking for a security code before I can use it again. The code isn't with any of the manuals and I was hoping that someone here could help me. Here's the info that's on the radio unit:

Prod No: FD0305020062371
