One other question: my screen dashboard is failed. So after waiting about one hour i can't see if there is "----" or "0000" on the screen

Do I have to enter a key before entering the code with the keys 1,2,3 and 4 ?

I am in France !! sorry for my english .....and my stupidity !

In fact my mistake was induced by a french site !!!
they said me to enter the first 3 by taping three times on key 1 , the second 3 by taping three times on key 2 and so on ...

the reality is enter directly 3 3 3 1

So i guess there no 0 , 7 , 8 or 9 in the codes ...
