The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display your Serial Number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

Hi everyone, having scratched the front of my radio trying to get the front off trying to find my serial number I am at a loss as to what to do. Someone has suggested pressing 6+1 to get the serial number I got...

DP MV SH (64 in little underneath) 50700012 (255 in little) 07-02-00

If there is anyone who decipher a serial from that and he'll me, I will be foreve in your debt.

thanks for this code...however it appears that my daughters had previously tried to imput so many (incorrect) codes that we now appear to have been permanantly locked out ??? If anyone has any idea what (if anything) we can do now, I'd be really glad to here.

If neither of the above , just leave it SWITCHED ON..UNDISTURBED for an hour or two until it has automatically reset itself
