I gave them the vehicle identification number and the car registration - they didn't ask for the radio identification code. The code they gave me was 0689 and it now works.

Just phoned local citroen dealer, who gave me a code over the phone for free, which has worked. Thanks for your time though.

Interesting ......as I found 1650 confirmed as the correct code in two completely different databases.

Also meant to say,
Leave the radio power on (ignition on also)
could take 2hours+, the radio will eventually reset, allowing another code to be entered.
(dont touch any buttons during this process.

Also after one wrong attempt it says "2 Error" and I can't seem to get the blank "----" code entry screen back where you can actually put in the code..... any ideas?
