Peugeot 206 Radio Code

Hey, I had to disconnect my car battery to replace my break pads and now my radio has locked me out. I'm being told by a peugeaot dealer that it will cost me £27.50 to get the code, can anyone here help me out?

I'm not sure exactly what you need so I'll just post all the info that I can find on the radio:

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

First remove the radio from the dashboard.

Then post the radio make+model plus all the letters+numbers on any labels,barcodes or stamped in the metal casing.

This information can then be used to see if a code can be calculated

Thanks for this, but i have another problem, my radio doesn't offer me to enter the code, instad it just says RADIO LOCKED, i tried unplugging it completly, tried removing car battery, nothing works. Any suggestions?

Please note that code entry is only possible when "CODE" is shown in the seperate display. If the unit is codelocked it will need to be left switched on up for up to two hours to reset before another code entry attempt is possible. If it does not reset after this time, then all of your code entry attempts may have been used up, and the unit will need to be decoded and reset

model is- PU-2325A(B)
serial- CL041010209034
from the side- H1050306D (that D could be a 0?)

Your radio is made by CLARION and the only CLARION code available for free (using a serial number ) from anywhere on the Internet is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with
C 7000000 + + + + on a separate label somewhere on the metal casing.
(Note ...not beginning with CL.)

If not then it will only be available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Store who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM) inside your radio
