Needing HELP!2010 ford focus, security code

Hi, i just bought this second hand ford focus form a dealer and somehow it needs me to enter the security code, the dealer has no clue about the security code.
it's a 2010 model ford focus lv lx, i can't manage to take out the radio by myself thus i can't get the serial number.
is there any other way i can get the serial number without going to one of the ford dealerships?Maybe from my VIN number?
Can anyone help me please!It's really frustrated when you're driving and no music.

Remove the radio from the car and after all the letters and numbers on any of the labels, bar codes, and stamped metal body. To remove the radio can be found here:

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

otherwise it will have to be removed from the dashboard
