I am trying to help my neighbour with her ancient Astra, she has a code 4558 for her Philips CAR 400/DC 396, but neither of us can get it to work, and by now we're at attempt 7.

The frame for the radio looks like it has been tampered with, so I suspect this isn't the original radio for the car anymore.

Can You help us with the code for GM0400V1573139 ?

Otherwise I willl have to find one of my ancient radio's, completely !@#$ the wiring-harnesses on both (no ISO-connector on either car or tuners), and then she hasn't that integrated display anymore.
