Travelpilot FX original code does not work anymore

Hi Guys,

Thank you in advance for you support.

For a repair of my Ford Focus the battery had to be removed. After this the travel pilot requested the pincode. We have entered the code (2239) by repair shop and myself. But it does not work anymore. We are certain that it was the original code.

Some questions:
Is this a common problem?
Is there a possibility to reset the travel pilot unit (I can not find a reset button)?
Can you provide me with a (new) code:
the serial number is C7 E3A 0546 8830 6759 / 7 612 360 546

Any other tips how to solve?
