Philips 22DC682/30 no code

The serial number is PH682WA9061882. Other markings on it are WA019050 and a small sticker with 682/30 A1 90501 228. I thought 90501 was the code but it doesn't work.

I believe this is from an old Renault but I'm not sure. I'm in Europe if that helps.

The code is normally 4 digits...not five.

I have to enter five digits before it allows me to use it. So 5686 does nothing until I add a 0 to the end of it.

These Philips codes are looked up on a database and as far as I am aware they are all 4 digit codes.
