Thank you for checking and apologies for my ignorance, but what does this mean?

It means that the memory chip in your radio has to be linked to your car`s ECU .

Main Dealer or a Decoding Service only.

Before giving up , are there any more LETTERS or NUMBERS on ANY LABELS or BARCODES etc . ?There might be a Security Number such as TOA123 or TA123 or just A123 at the end of a barcode
