Unfortunately Ford LOCKED13 is a fully locked radio because more than 13 wrong codes have been entered.

There is no free reset procedure.

It will have to be taken into a Ford Dealer or a Radio Decoding Service to be unlocked.

It might be cheaper to buy another radio?

Leave the radio SWITCHED ON ...UNDISTURBED for as long as it takes to automatically reset This can take as long as an hour or even longer
