not sure if i have posted this correctly. I have peugeot 306, blaupunkt stereo locked - need code. i have tried the 1,2,3,4 trick but no go.

Seems all the radio will display is ----

Is there a way of resetting it? Unplugging everything including the fuse didn't work :/

Please note that code entry is only possible when the display shows "CODE". If the stereo is codelocked, leave it switched on for up to two hours and a further attempt at code entry should be possible.

So there's nothing I can do then..... I'll have to buy a new stereo?

Your radio is made by CLARION and the only CLARION code available for free (using a serial number ) from anywhere on the Internet is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with
C 7000000 + + + + on a separate label somewhere on the metal casing. (Note ...not beginning with CL.)

If not then it will only be available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Store who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM) inside your radio
