Vauxhall Philips CAR400 code help

Hi guys just wondered if I had enough information to be able to get a code for a vauxhall omega CAR400 radio. Here are the numbers I took from the units label:

No. 90 532 621

WA049920

Then 2 barcodes with numbers as follows:

90222139675204

00399202375512

Any help would be great!

Please post the 14 character Serial Number (beginning with GM or similar) ....usually found stamped in the metal casing
