radio code needed

Hello,
I have a multipla fiat with a blaupunkt radio.
When i tried to connect a mp3 player, i disconnect the radio.
When i switch on the radio, it asks me a code. My radio code card is no readable.
So, i m looking for the code and i found this forum.
Is somebody can give me the code with the following references.

I hope, anyone can help for me.
I have an XM V6 and i had to take out the battery to charge. I tried to switch on the radio but it needs the code. I take out the radio.
The radio is a

SN.: FD0996226006564
Ref Citroen: 96 237 752 80 01

I don't want to change the radio, because is has a good sound.

There should be a 14 character Serial Number beginning with RG or RN or PH or similar (often found stamped in the metal casing ) and maybe a Security Number in the format of TOA123 or TA123 or just A123 at the end of a barcode so please quote EVERYTHING you can find

I found a barcode near to the fornt: 6006564

I found a small sticker on the side of the radio:
