'ERROR' Message won't go away !

The 'ERROR' message on my Laguna radio won't go away. The battery was changed prior to me purchasing the car and they told me the wrong code for my radio. I have since obtained the correct code but can not enter it because of the above problem :crazy:

Would be grateful of any suggestions. It is approx 48 hours since l tried to enter the code they gave me.

Leave SWITCHED ON....UNDISTURBED for as long as it takes to automatically reset itself

This can take an hour or longer

Hi, The last code I requested did not work as you will be able to see from the forum. I therefore bought a second hand one on ebay and it didn't come with code. Please help.. I am not abusing anything just had a run of bad luck and need a Radio.... Pleeeeeaaassssee
